Garage door remotes and keypads
Lost a remote, bought the house, or the car button stopped working. Programming is a small job, and the first thing we'll tell you is whether you can do it yourself.

Signs this is your problem
- A remote was lost or stolen.
- You bought the house and don't know who has remotes.
- The keypad stopped taking the code.
- Your car's built-in button won't pair.
What we do
We clear the opener's memory, so every remote you don't have in your hand stops working, then program the ones you keep, your car and the keypad. If you just bought the house, do this first, before you even change the locks.
Leaving for the season?
Give your house watcher a temporary keypad code instead of a remote, and change it when you're back. We can set that up in the same visit.
You may not need us
Most openers have a "learn" button on the motor. Press it, then press the remote within 30 seconds. If it works, you're done. If it doesn't, or you want old remotes erased for good, call us.
Questions about remotes & keypads
Fifteen to thirty minutes for remotes, keypad and car.
Yes. Clearing the memory erases every remote and keypad code, then we reprogram only the ones you have.
Door stuck right now?
Call or text and a person in Estero answers. We'll tell you if it's safe to touch, when we can be there and how long the fix usually takes, before anyone drives over.
