Gated communities
Most of Estero lives behind a gate: The Brooks, Grandezza, Wildcat Run, Pelican Sound, Miromar Lakes, West Bay Club, Stoneybrook. Tell us the community when you call and we give you the tech's name for the gate list. How we work with HOAs.
Permits in the Village
Estero has its own building department. Replacing a garage door needs a permit from the Village; repairing springs, openers and rollers doesn't. When we replace a door we pull the permit and book the inspection.
Wind-rated doors
Many Estero homes still have their original doors from the 1990s and 2000s, without a Florida Product Approval label. After Ian, that matters for the house and for the insurance. We check your door and tell you honestly what you have.
